Since the beginning of the year, Hogwarts Legacy is at the center of many rumors regarding its launch window, the first betting on a possible arrival around next summer while the most recent claim that it should not be expected until 2023. But, According to the Wizarding World website, the title should indeed be released in 2022.
Update: The community manager of Avalanche Software (the studio that develops the game) also confirms the release period for 2022 via a tweet.

A confirmation… and that’s it!
As the paragraph of an article listing the various events relating to the Harry Potter universe that are planned to take place in 2022 indicates, the production of Avalanche Software and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment “will happen this year” without further details.
Other than that, unfortunately, not much more is known about this open-world action-RPG that will have players follow their own adventure in the world of wizards and witches in the late 1800s.
Waiting to learn more, Hogwarts Legacy is therefore still expected in 2022 on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.
