“Avoid any food that has a barcode”

For him, the workday begins with a cup of strong coffee, which has a dose of caffeine as well as a dose of decaffeinated to ensure a robust taste to the beverage. Mid-morning, the cardiologist does not deny himself another coffee to which he sometimes adds a little cream.
