On June 29, Jerome Commander will be releasing his new comedy, entitled Irreducible. The 45-year-old comedian, who received the Grand Jury Prize at the Alpe d’Huez Festival, chaired by Michèle Laroque, was the guest of Day-to-day. On the set of the program broadcast on TMC on Monday January 24, the multi-cap director entered the background sound of the show’s credits Gym Tonic. And for good reason, he is proud to have lost weight at the start of 2022.
“I did not think of bothering France with that. I am at the start of the regime”, he said, speaking to Yann Barthès, before revealing that he had “lost between one and two kilos”. “Bravo!”, replied the presenter of the show, admiring. “We never talk about it… We always talk about people who lose fifteen or twenty kilos”, lamented Jérôme Commandeur, decided to change the situation by boasting of his slight thinning. “Every kilo counts”, added his interlocutor with encouragement. Amused, the actor exclaimed: “Of course, but I didn’t think we were going to start with that… I’m starting, I’m at -1 kilo.” “The friendliest people, of which you are not one, apparently, tell me that it shows”, then assured Jérôme Commandeur, with humor.

Sunday January 23, when the one who will be back on stage soon with the resumption of his show Always smooth received his award he paid tribute to a friend. Near Gaspard ulliel, who died suddenly on January 19 at the age of 37, Jérôme Commandeur took advantage of the famous festival of the seventh art to honor the memory of this “wonderful actor”. He will remember the young actor as a anybody “unique, prodigious, rewarded, humble and kind”.
