The recipe for mashed sweet potato, potato and carrot

Ingredients :

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 2 potatoes
  • 7 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • milk
  • Butter

The preparation steps:

Step 1 : wash all the vegetables, peel them and cut them into pieces.

2nd step : Peel the garlic and onion, then slice them.

Step 3: boil water in a large pot and add the broth to it. Let melt then add the vegetables, garlic and onion. Leave to cook over low heat for 1 hour. At the end of cooking, empty the water.

Step 4: then pour 3 tablespoons of milk over the vegetables.

Step 5: with a hand blender, reduce them to a smooth and homogeneous puree, then add a large knob of butter. Serve !

The recipe for mashed celery with goat cheese

Ingredients :

  • 2 medium celeriac
  • 2 logs of goat cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 sprigs of chives

The preparation steps:

Step 1: lhave the celeriac, cut them in half and peel them. Then cut them into large pieces.

2nd step : steam it.

Step 3: cut the goat into small pieces.

Step 4: mix together the celeriac, half of the goat cheese, olive oil and chopped chives.

Step 5: put everything in a salad bowl and add the remaining goat cheese. Mix.

The recipe for mashed spinach and broccoli with salmon

Ingredients :

  • 1 piece of butter
  • 100 g shallots, sliced
  • 225 g peeled potatoes, diced
  • 300 ml of water
  • 225 g diced salmon fillet
  • 100 g of broccoli flowers
  • 30 g spinach
  • 75 ml milk
  • 15g grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lemon juice

The preparation steps:

Step 1 : melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the shallots and potatoes and fry for 2 minutes.

2nd step : add water, cover with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3: add the salmon and broccoli, then cover and simmer another 10 minutes until the vegetables are cooked.

Step 4: add the spinach two minutes before the end of the cooking time.

Step 5: add the milk and Parmesan. Blend until smooth using an electric hand blender and lemon juice.

Parsnip puree recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of parsnip
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 4 portions of Laughing Cow
  • 200 ml milk
  • 20 g butter
  • salt pepper

The preparation steps:

Step 1 : peel, clean and cut the parsnips and potatoes.

2nd step : cut the garlic cloves in half.

Step 3: in a large saucepan, melt the butter then brown the vegetables a little.

Step 4: cover with a little water and milk then add the salt and black pepper and cook for 20 minutes. Add the Laughing Cow.

Step 5: mash with a potato masher (if you use a blender, do not mix too much otherwise it may change the texture).

The recipe for mashed potatoes with vanilla

Ingredients :

  • 1 kg of mashed potatoes
  • 1 beautiful vanilla pod
  • 20 cl of liquid cream
  • 90 g butter
  • milk (optional depending on consistency)
  • salt, white pepper

The preparation steps:

Step 1 : wash, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces.

2nd step : cook them for 20 to 25 minutes in salted boiling water. Drain the potatoes and pass them through a potato masher.

Step 3: split the vanilla pod and add the grains to the mashed potatoes.

Step 4: heat the cream with the vanilla pod, bring to a simmer and let infuse for 3 minutes. Remove the pod.

Step 5: add the butter in pieces and the vanilla cream. Mix, salt and pepper.
