Both “Butsch” (Götz Schubert) and Viola Delbrück (Yvonne Catterfeld) are very self-absorbed when a ten-year-old boy demands their full attention. It’s in the trunk of a car whose owner was found murdered. Ironically, at the old executioner’s house at the Finstertor. The boy does not speak, apparently has no relatives, is obviously deeply disturbed – and almost immediately takes a deep trust in Butsch.

The ex-elite soldier Frank Martin (Jason Statham) is a specialist in the delivery of highly sensitive goods. In Miami he is now taking on what appears to be a comfortable assignment. He’s supposed to get Jack, the son of the DEA chief, to and from school safely. But members of a global drug cartel manage to kidnap the boy and infect him with a deadly virus. Ironically, Julia (Sylta Fee Wegmann), the girlfriend of Nadine’s brother Stefan (Max Woelky), becomes a lifesaver. Nadine deeply distrusts Julia and is all the more shocked when she learns that her younger brother has become engaged to Julia. In fact, Nadine soon discovers Julia’s secret and wants to confront her. But the young woman has disappeared.
