The newly mum Princess Eugenie is no longer in the clinic. Her husband picked her and the newborn son on Friday.

Princess Eugenie (30) was a new mother and was able to leave the Portland Hospital in London with her son. As pictures show, she was picked up by her husband Jack Brooksbank (35). Eugenie took a seat on the back seat next to the newborn, clearly beaming. The little boy is eleventh in the line of possible heir to the throne of the British monarchy, but will not hold a royal title for the time being.

A few days ago, the daughter of Prince Andrew (60) and Sarah Ferguson (61) became a mother for the first time and gave her parents their first grandchild and Queen Elizabeth II (94) their ninth great-grandchild. According to British media reports, it is not yet clear whether the young family will return to their actual home Ivy Cottage in Kensington Palace for the next few weeks or whether they will initially live again in Frogmore Cottage of Prince Harry (36) and Duchess Meghan (39), where they already live the past few weeks and months spent.

Princess Eugenie already gave her son a glimpse on her official Instagram account. She published a black and white photo of the proud parents holding their child's tiny hand in theirs. The couple has not yet announced the name of the little one.
