The list of ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 large red onions
  • 60 g of heavy cream
  • 400g potatoes
  • 1 camembert
  • a little parsley
  • a little honey
  • 2 teaspoons of sugar

The steps of the recipe:

  1. Start by washing and cutting the potatoes into not too thick slices and pre-cook them in the steam for 12 minutes.
