Pierre Bachelot, close collaborator of his mother
Born in 1969 from the union between Roselyne and Pierre Bachelot, Pierre was the parliamentary collaborator of his mother from 1992 to 2002. He also worked at the Ministry of Ecology from 2002 to 2004, then at the Ministry of Health from 2007. As indicated by our colleagues from Close, Pierre Bachelot then changed his professional path in 2010 by integrating the National Institute for Prevention and Education for Health (INPES) as head of advocacy for health in public policies.
Child "martyred at school"
Roselyne Bachelot's flamboyant career in politics had a negative impact on her son. As she confided in an interview for Télé-Loisirs in 2019, Pierre Bachelot was the victim of academic harassment: "He suffered from the way others looked at us. He was martyred at school, through words and gestures. We were forced to remove it from school because of a professor who beat him because he was my son ".
