Sarah Harding died of complications from cancer at the age of 39. Many stars said goodbye via social media.

Sarah Harding (1981-2021) died of complications from breast cancer at the age of 39, like her mother Marie on Instagram. After the sad news became known, numerous stars spoke up to say goodbye to the British singer.

Nadine Coyle (36), who became known together with Harding through the girl group Girls Aloud, wrote on Instagramthat she was “devastated”. She cannot find any words that could express what Harding means to her. And she knows that many are sure to feel the same way. For now, send her love to everyone.

Harding gave joy and light to the world

“Rest in peace, Sarah Harding,” explained Geri Horner (49) from the Spice Girls on Twitter. And further: “You will be remembered for the light and joy that you have given the world.” In doing so, she took up a sentence from the late singer’s mother. They knew that Harding would not have wanted to be remembered for their fight against this “terrible disease”, she had explained. Her mother said: “She was a bright shining star and I hope that she can be remembered that way instead.”

Katie Price (43) is also “devastated to hear that my friend Sarah Harding has died”, she writes on Instagram. The singer has always been very “real and honest” and above all she will remember the many laughs they shared in the past. She has always valued the friendship between the two and her thoughts go out to other friends and the Hardings family.

Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel (32) chose drastic words on Twitter. It is “so sad to learn of Sarah Harding’s death. Fuck cancer, man …” And Mikey Graham (49) from Boyzone is “so sad to learn of the death of the lovely Sarah Harding”. “Much too young. Her high energy was contagious and great fun to be with.” The singer has now returned home and be free from all pain.
