Hollywood actor Harrison Ford injured his shoulder on the set of Indiana Jones 5 and had to stop shooting.

Harrison Ford (78, “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker”) injured his shoulder while filming “Indiana Jones 5”. The reports the industry portal “Deadline”who has received a statement from the Disney production studio.

Investigations are still pending

The incident occurred while rehearsing a fight scene. How serious the injury is is still unclear. Ford interrupted the shooting taking place in England, therefore, director James Mangold (58, “Logan – The Wolverine”) initially continued to shoot without him.

If necessary, Disney let it know that it would adjust the planning for the rest of the shoot. The launch of “Indiana Jones 5” is currently planned for June 29 of next year. So probably enough time to heal the shoulder injury.

Not the first time

It’s not the first time that Ford has had an accident on a film set. While filming “Star Wars: The Force Awakens” he broke his leg as Han Solo in 2014.
