Nice success of the Switch in 2017, Super Bomberman R even temporarily experienced a spin off in free-to-play on more platforms, now closed. Konami is currently preparing a worthy sequel, this time not exclusive to nintendothe aptly named Super Bomberman R 2.
Absent from the media since its announcement last year, the project is back in the spotlight with important information. Thus, its release date has been fixed September 13, 2023 in digital format and September 14, 2023 in physical format, on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S. It will cost €49.99 in both cases, but only the digital editions are available for pre-order at this time.
The experience will offer a single player mode with different levels taking us from planet to planet for explosive puzzles and puzzles, 4 multiplayer modes for confrontations Standard, Grand Prize, Battle 64 Or Castle (a new version tower defense), and a new level editor, a ranked mode, a mode with customizable rules and an offline mode.
