For 6 people, you need:
- 120 g flour
- 50 cl of milk
- 100 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g of prunes
- 15g butter

Step 1 : preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
2nd step : soak the prunes in lukewarm water for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: pour the flour into a bowl and mix with the sugar.
Step 4: Add the whole eggs and mix until you get a smooth paste.
Step 5: gradually pour in the milk without stopping mixing, then add the melted butter and the drained prunes.
Step 6: pour the dough into a rectangular dish then bake for about 50 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
