Vortex traces the history of “Ludovic (Tomer Sisley), captain of the judicial police in Brest, whose life was marked by the tragic disappearance of Mélanie (Camille Claris), his companion, in 1998. However, when 27 years later a crime scene reconstructed in virtual reality reveals the existence of a time fault that allows him to navigate between 1998 and 2025, Ludovic realizes that this death was not accidental.
A stunning plot that immediately seduced Tomer Sisley during filming, as he told Allociné, “What I liked was the way this love story was written. and playing a character in two different eras. That’s pretty rare in an acting career.” he revealed. But now the series has been accused of plagiarism.
Indeed, director Tony Chaslas made revelations on Twitter: “I have just discovered the France Télé series entitled Vortex produced by Quad Drama with Tomer Sisley which seems to have been strongly inspired by our project Gods Game / Rêve et Réalité “he explained.
