This tray of 48 canapes is made up of 8 varieties, namely: 6 smoked salmon canapes, 6 smoked sardine canapes, 6 goat cheese/pineapple canapes, 6 skinless smoked duck breast/mandarin canapes, 6 scallop canapes, 6 duck mousse/smoked breast canapes , 6 shrimp/pepper/corn canapes and finally 6 block canapes of duck foie gras/raspberry.
