Call of Duty: Vanguard players have discovered a new weapon blueprint for the MP-40 is not working as intended at all.
For the second time on Vanguard, a special MP-40 weapon blueprint is bugged as players fail to see it in-game as intended, which besides people who have purchased the Graveyard Shift bundle for several hundreds of CoD Points.
With a totally unique design, Vanguard players couldn’t wait to get their hands on the MP40’s new weapon skin named “Rune”. We can thank the developers of Call of Duty for putting in such great work on a new version of this legendary WWII submachine gun.

Unfortunately, there is a major glitch preventing players from playing with it in Vanguard’s Multiplayer mode. Those who purchased the bundle for 2,400 CoD Points (over $20) are furious that they can’t even try this weapon.
Players who created a class with this weapon blueprint cannot use it. When they select the corresponding class, they will appear in the game with a basic STG44.

As you can see in the video above, it is impossible for this streamer to have the MP40 Rune in his hands, he only has an STG44 every time he selects his class.
We hope that the developers, Sledgehammer Games, will work quickly to fix this bug which has cost many players money who cannot enjoy what they have purchased.
