(CercleFinance.com) – Vinci Energies announces the acquisition of the Norwegian company Otera AS and its subsidiaries from Roadworks AS and Å Energi.
Otera AS works in particular on the design, construction and maintenance of electricity transport and distribution networks, road infrastructure and tunnels.
This operation will enable Vinci Energies to strengthen and expand its offer and expertise in Norway.
Vinci Energies will thus employ more than 1,100 people in this country – for an annual turnover of approximately 250 million euros.
