"All in the kitchen": the recipe for the Strawberry Eton Mess by Cyril Lignac: Femme Actuelle Le MAG

Wednesday, June 3, Cyril Lignac offered viewers of his show "Tous en cuisine" to discover a classic dessert of British cuisine: the Eton Mess, in reference to the famous Eton College located in Berkshire to the west of London. It is not the first time that he has offered us strawberries for dessert. Still in a verrine but with rose, whipped cream and fromage blanc, rolled in a cookie or even as a smoothie, Cyril Lignac appreciates this little seasonal fruit. Particularly early and sweet this year, strawberries delight us. If yours are not sweet enough, discover our tips to boost their taste! With sugar or whipped cream, which we also appreciate in a light version, in pie of course, strawberries are also suitable for more original preparations.

Here is the list of ingredients and the chef's advice to get started with this recipe.
