At the police station, Becker gives an update on the investigation: apart from the fact that the victim was killed with a single stab by what appears to be a professional, no trace was found in the house. Elise, who assessed the stolen canvases, specifies that these paintings are small works that are easy to resell on the art market.

José receives a visit from Manu. He asks him if he knows the owner of the burglarized house. He admits that he sold her paintings. Manu asks him if he has any idea who stole the paintings from him. José does not see and offers to list the paintings for him to look for. Manu, annoyed, asks him to keep him informed.

While Virgil hides José’s car at the campsite, Eliott observes him. He then calls Bertier, and tells him that he has found no trace of the stolen paintings. He then waits until Eve is gone to enter Virgil’s caravan and knocks him out …
